The great experience at the Panmure cottage

The great experience at the  Panmure Cottage
The Panmure cottage is full of identity and culture. It has been there for generations and generations. It was relocated from where Mt Wellington McDonald’s is but  it is now across the road from St Patrick’s school.
The Panmure cottage was rebuilt back in the 19th Century.

There isn’t a bathroom at the cottage. There is a volcanic rock to show the foundation of the cottage. They had coal to make a fire. Did you know that boys used to wear a dress until they were two years old. They also had old furniture
like a typewriter. They had tools like saws (but they were huge back in the olden days).

There were old pictures of Panmure from the olden days like St Patrick’s church and many more pictures.  Many families used to live in the cottage but now it is for people to learn more about the Panmure cottage.

The Panmure cottage is an historical site because it is imporortant to Panmure because it is full of identity and culture
